JASMINE FLOWER TEAS

Jasmine is rich in antioxidants which help prevent of radicals in the body. Normally taken in partnership with Red Rose Tea, it is an effective addition to help against the aging process. Other uses include stress relief, tiredness, and aids with headaches.

BREWING INSTRUCTION: Take approximately one(1) tablespoon per 100ml of hot water. Allow the flowers to steep for 5 minutes before consuming. Add honey to taste.
