Lavender has been known to aid with lowering blood pressure, sleeping disorders, stress, and other symptoms of the like. With its natural anti-bacterial properties, Lavender has also been known to aid the prevention and cure of cold and flu.
BREWING INSTRUCTION: Take approximately one(1) tablespoon per 100ml of hot water. Allow the flowers to steep for 5 minutes before consuming. Add honey to taste.
