REFINED BEESWAX (BP)

• Soluble in oils & warm alcohol, insoluble in water & cold alcohol
• Melting point: 61-68°C/142-154°F

Cosmetic grade beeswax, glandular excretion product from bees. Non-gelling natural thickener (viscosity enhancer), emulsifier, emollient, film-forming agent. The wax has been processed to remove color and odor making it a versatile and easy-to-manage addition to your formula. 

White beeswax is the wax separated from the honeycomb of the hive-bee. It is bleached and deodorized by exposing it in thin layers to the action of the air, sunlight, and moisture. This wax comes in a granulated pastille form and is made white without the use of chemicals or chlorine. 

Use in lotion bars, lip balms, wax melts, solid deodorant, cream, lotion, candles, lipsticks, ointments, pomades, and balms.
